Building – Modelling and texturing

I initially used downloaded models for a quick scene check, but I found them too heavy. To optimize, I decided to model three types of buildings, ensuring a lower polygon count. After completing the modeling phase, I transferred them to Substance Painter and applied textures to two variations of each building. Given the aged appearance I aimed for, I incorporated moss details in the texturing process.


Set in UE5

Once the texturing was complete, I imported the buildings into UE5, and they work well in the scene. While the current textures are effective, I may consider additional variations or textures to avoid a repetitive pattern. Considering time constraints, I might opt for simpler building additions to enhance the overall environment.
